Delivery - UK

We use the Royal Mail first class service for all deliveries of goods under the value of £50. Orders with a value of over £50 will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service and will require a signature. Items should normally be delivered in 1-3 working days. Postage cost is determined by the weight of the product(s) and as you add items to your shopping basket the delivery cost will automatically be shown.

Delivery - Overseas

We can deliver to many countries in the world and will do so using the most economical and appropriate means. Postage will be calculated on the weight and destination of each order. Please contact us to ask for a quotation.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer products to customers in the US or Canada at present.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will be glad to exchange the item or refund your money, providing you contact us within seven working days of delivery. Delivery in the UK shall be deemed to have taken place within five days of despatch. Unwanted goods must be returned unused and undamaged, and complete with all labels, at the purchaser’s expense. We cannot refund any delivery charges on the original order. All other monies will be refunded after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don’t arrive. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods: If an item is faulty we will either refund in full or replace it free of charge. Please contact us to explain the problem and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
